One of the unique aspects of designing for Realtors® and their teams are the industry specific regulations when it comes to advertising, marketing and branding. Often agents and their teams are operating under a brokerage, and therefore cannot market themselves as a stand alone entity.

Grind Creative must make sure the brokerage retains a prominent feature throughout all materials designed for Realtors® and their teams.

Stand Apart through Collateral

The standard marketing collateral for many real estate agents is postcards and brochures. While we did create these pieces for the Drakulich-Kane Real Estate Group, we also created a unique listing packet.

The standard in the industry is the print off the Comparative Market Analysis on the office inkjet and staple. Grind Creative and the Drakulich-Kane Group worked together to design a folder with a three-hole strip for the CMA. Their clients appreciate the preparedness and care taken to help them organize the myriad of information received during the home buying/selling processes.

Market and Assist

The staggered sheets created for the folders pockets also provide clients with useful tools, tips and information to ensure they receive top dollar for their listing.

A Trio of Postcards

Grind Creative developed a trio of postcards, buying, selling and a general services card, enabling them to target a variety of audiences.

Ease the Envelope Stuffing

As part of their marketing plan, Drakulich-Kane Real Estate Group sends out an 88 Types of Turbulence letter.

Grind Creative chose to print this as a trifold brochure, giving it a more substantial weight, as well as having it prescored in thirds, making the task of envelope stuffing a breeze.

Brochure Longevity

Some industries experience higher turnover than others, which can wreak havoc on a marketing budget if your team is represented in your collateral and you have to reprint.

Grind Creative planned ahead for these kinds of circumstances. The brochure features the core team only. A single panel insert is created for individual team members, which can then be placed in the trifold brochure. If a member leaves the team, the brochures are still a usable marketing asset.
